Student surveys
Feedback from students is collected by means of standardised surveys for quality assurance and development of the degree programmes. The surveys are based on the so-called student life cycle, i.e. students are asked about their experiences of the degree programme, particularly at the transitions between phases. The results of these surveys are used by the heads of degree programmes and faculties as well as the Executive Board to further develop the degree programmes and improve study conditions. The members of the Evaluation team develop the survey instruments in close cooperation with the respective programme directors. The results are made available in the form of data reports and reports on UHH's internal Sharepoint. Further information and central results reports can be found here:

The Evaluation team also advises all faculties, university management and central institutions at Universität Hamburg on the design and implementation of survey projects in the area of study and teaching.
Cross-university student surveys
Universität Hamburg regularly participates in cross-university surveys conducted in cooperation with external institutions.
