Events evaluation
The course evaluation is a survey tool for collecting student feedback on the course. It is used for self-reflection and ensures an exchange between students and lecturers with the aim of being able to make adjustments during the current semester. The instruments are selected in consultation with the evaluation team. If a standardised survey is carried out, it is implemented as an online survey. The results are generally only made available to the lecturer. It is recommended that the lecturer discusses the results with the students.
The faculties regulate the mode (in particular the frequency and scope) of the course evaluation in their own concepts in accordance with the university statutes on the implementation of quality assessment procedures. Further information on the concepts can be found on the following website: Department 31 Quality Management Quality Circles and Quality Conferences
The Evaluation Team supports lecturers and faculties in the organisation and implementation of course evaluations and advises on the selection of survey instruments.
